Kaye Askins, a 15-year hospitality veteran, most recently served as Senior Beverage Manager of Restaurants for Eataly- Dallas and was awarded Wine Spectator’s “Best Award of Excellence” in 2020 for the wine program she developed for The Capital Grille in Plano. She has certifications from the Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET Global, and is a certified Italian Wine Professional. Also on the team is Hospitality Specialist, Chicken Hawkins, known by the entire town who loves to greet customers at the door.
